Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Service Labor: Fees for labor already performed (including site visits, load studies, and pre-inspection auditing) are non-refundable.

• Permit Fees: Once a permit has been pulled with the City of Calgary or the Province of Alberta, the permit fee is non-refundable as these are third-party costs.

• Special Order Materials: Materials ordered specifically for your project (e.g., specific EV chargers, solar inverters, or custom switchgear) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the project is cancelled after the materials have been procured.

• Deposit Refunds: If a project is cancelled by the Client prior to the start of work, the deposit will be refunded minus any incurred costs for administration, permits, or non-returnable materials.

• Workmanship Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds for completed electrical work, we provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship. If an installation does not meet the agreed-upon scope or fails due to an installation error, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to the Client.
